Full Breathing:

• Only Stomach (2:00 mins)

• Only Ribs & Chest (2:00 mins)

• Stomach, Ribs & Chest (2:00 mins)

In through the nose, out through the mouth making an “S” sound. Practice lying flat on the mat, or sitting up straight. Remember that exhalations are long and passive. Its during them that we enter a relaxed state. Note: Lungs consist of millions of little air sacks called alveoli. If the lungs become “underused” for long periods of time, chances are, alveoli will get sticky….which results in a lower lung vitality / capacity.
