1. CO2 Table - Pool
CO2 Table in the Pool:
Important: if you don't have a training buddy, you must perform this exercise on dry only!!!
In this example each breath hold will be of 2:00 minutes
- breathe & relax for 2:00 minutes, hold your breath for 2:00 minutes
- breathe & relax for 1:45 minutes, hold your breath for 2:00 minutes
- breathe & relax for 1:30 minutes, hold your breath for 2:00 minutes
- breathe & relax for 1:15 minutes, hold your breath for 2:00 minutes
- breathe & relax for 1:00 minute, hold your breath for 2:00 minutes
- breathe & relax for 0:45 seconds, hold your breath for 2:00 minutes
- breathe & relax for 0:30 seconds, hold your breath for 2:00 minutes
- breathe & relax for 0:15 seconds, hold your breath for 2:00 minutes
Note: do your best to hold a little longer on the 8th breath hold (eg: 2:05 seconds). Also, repeat a breath hold time at least on 3 separate sessions, before increasing it in 10 - 15 seconds.
